Seniors (+60 only)
Thanks to the small groups of 3 people maximum, individual adaptations are used to make the exercises accessible and safe to everyone.
The Seniors class will be a soft postural reeducation gymnastics class, based on the Pilates principles and exercises. This class will focus on:
- Enhancing the mobility in the different joints of the body, lost due to natural processes of arthrosis and other rheumatoid issues, injuries, illness or medical interventions.
- Fight osteoporosis and muscle mass loss by working with resistance such as: small/lite weights, elastics, springs on Reformer and Chair.
- Easy/lite spinning to fight cardio-vascular diseases and increase lung capacity.
- Fight neurological diseases by enhancing and creating new neuro-muscular patterns.
- Functional movements by working standing, sitting, and eventually lying down. Learning to lift off the floor, essential in case of a house fall.
Soft and corrective exercises to help increase physical condition and therefore improve life quality.
